Justin Freeman, jack of all trades and master of most, serves Benchmark in a field leadership capacity as a field superintendent in our mulch installation division.  As a Superintendent at Benchmark, Justin’s commitment to excellence is evident in his steady rise through the ranks, starting his career as a blower truck operator and steadily climbing to his current leadership role. This hands-on experience, combined with his collaborative nature and adaptability, has made Justin an invaluable asset to the Benchmark team.

In his free time, Justin finds joy in simple pleasures – spending quality time with his family, fishing, and indulging in his love for cooking where you’ll often find Justin in front of a smoker with some assortment of meat and the Tennessee football game on in the background.
