Installation Superintendent

Derek Carter brings 20 years of installation and landscape operations expertise to his role as Installation Superintendent at Benchmark. A Nashville native now residing in Greenbrier, Tennessee, Derek joined the Benchmark team six months ago and has quickly established himself as a leader in our installation operations.

Derek’s passion for the outdoors extends to hunting, fishing, and drag racing, activities that reflect his love for adrenaline and nature. At home, Derek enjoys a close-knit family life with his wife Rachel and their three children: sons Jensen and Dawson, and daughter Remi. The family prioritizes spending time together, particularly through their shared involvement in church activities and outdoor adventures.
