Casey Warren brings over 20 years of communications and client relations experience to her role as Client Experience Manager at Benchmark. A Camden, Tennessee native now residing in Rockvale, Casey has built an impressive career spanning various leadership positions that dovetail into her role at Benchmark– show the love to our clients. We often get so consumed with taking care of the customer operationally that the relationship element lags. We aim to change that – and Casey is spearheading that focus shift.
At home, Casey celebrates 20+ years of marriage to her husband, Blake, and is the proud mother of two sons, Nolan and Owen. The family also includes their beloved dog, Maggie. Casey’s diverse interests include baseball season, outdoor activities, music, travel, culinary adventures, baking, crafting, fishing, swimming, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events.
