Fleet Support Manager

Victor Guzman brings 20 years of maintenance expertise with half of that being dedicated service to his role as Fleet Support Manager at Benchmark. Tasked with overseeing our fleet of assets, Victor collaborates with divisional service managers to ensure the wheels of motion continue rolling in the right direction.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Victor now calls Christiana, Tennessee home, where he has built a strong foundation both professionally and personally.  Victor has been married to his wife Sami for 14 years, and together they actively support their children Paisley and Colt, who are both heavily involved in year-round sports. As a dedicated coach, Victor enjoys spending quality time with his family on and off the field. The family also includes their goldendoodle Gus and cat Binx.
