Field Operations Superintendent

Blake Potts brings nine years of dedicated field operations experience in many different capacities to his role as Field Operations Superintendent. Blake was a part of our first land clearing job in 2017 and has since helped spearhead the continued growth of the division into what it is today.

A graduate of Oakland High School and Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned his degree in Agribusiness, Blake combines academic knowledge with practical field expertise. He holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and is actively focused on expanding his leadership capabilities to better serve his team.

Blake’s hands-on approach extends beyond the workplace. An avid woodworker, he enjoys crafting projects and spending quality time fishing with his children, Hudson and Ivy. He resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Leah, their two children, and their cat.
