Rikki Lea Taylor brings 20+ years of financial expertise to her role as Vice President of Finance at Benchmark. A Tennessee native from Hohenwald, Rikki now resides in Shelbyville and has been a vital member of the Benchmark executive leadership team. Her combination of extensive financial expertise, advanced education, and adventurous spirit makes her a dynamic leader who brings both strategic insight and creative thinking to Benchmark’s financial operations.

At home, Rikki manages what she fondly refers to as her “funny farm” – a bustling household she shares with her husband that includes two sons, six dogs, two cats, four horses, and one donkey. Rikki’s adventurous spirit shines in her passion for traveling and embracing adventures of all kinds – from ATV riding through muddy terrain to relaxing on tropical cruise destinations.
